The restaurant very much reflects our philosophy, and tradition.
The raw material we use for our dishes is of Elban and Tuscan origin, as well as our products.
The intent is to rediscover the flavors and traditions of the past.
Our restaurant menu offers a wide choice of dishes, such as various types of Tuscan meats including the Chianina breed for the classic Florentine steak; fresh vegetables that are grown in our organic garden; pasta made by us with durum wheat flour from ancient grain types which we grow in our fields on Elba; extra virgin olive oil and much more.
The menu is à la carte and all accompanied by our wine, to be chosen from white or red DOC Elba or IGT Toscana.
In the summer, you can dine under the veranda or in the various outdoor spaces.
Our farm chef’s unique recipes have a cult following on the Island of Elba.
