Virgin Olive Oil
Our oil is extracted from four types of olives: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Moraiolo. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvesting.
The color is bright with green reflections. To the palate there are vegetal notes of wild rocket and artichoke, with spicy notes and a slightly bitter finish.
Complements: soups, Tuscan bruschetta, salads.
