The company was founded in 2001 with passion and attention to the environment and local tradition.
The desire and the will to obtain local products became the philosophy of the whole farm.
Here is where, a few years before, the path of conversion from conventional agriculture to organic farming began.

Today, production has extended to white, red and passito wines, all Elba DOC; as well as IGT Toscana, both red and white.
Small quantities are produced, and also sold in the company store.
We have also given space to the production of extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables (for our restaurant) and to complete the circle, the cultivation of ancient grains (for durum wheat, we have chosen Senatore Cappelli; and for the more tender variety, Verna), from which we obtain the flour which, in addition to being sold on the farm, we transform into different types of pasta, both long and short.
