EVO Oil - Extravirgin Olive Oil
Our oil is extracted from four types of olives: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Moraiolo.
These are harvested with the system known as “hand picked”, which happens in the months of October and November. The resulting oil has grassy aromas and a fruity taste, and is slightly spicy with a hint of artichoke in the finish.
Straight from the bottle it goes well in soups, vegetables, and on toast. In cooking, it goes well with meat sauces and roasts.
